A Day of Outdoor Play at Bark & Fly
Weekdays at home can drag for a dog who’s built to move. When your Summerfield pup joins us for daycare, the hours between drop-off and pickup fill up with open-field sprints, nose-down exploring, and round after round of chase with friends who match their speed. Bark & Fly Ranch is a straight shot south of Summerfield in High Point, where our sprawling grass fields give every playgroup plenty of room for supervised off-leash fun that works both their legs and their minds.

Why Summerfield Pet Owners Choose Bark & Fly Ranch
Summerfield is known for its country-road calm, big wooded lots, and room to breathe, but plenty of households here spend their weekdays commuting across the Triad. That’s a lot of quiet hours for a dog left at home. Because I-73 carries you most of the way to our door, many Summerfield parents simply fold daycare drop-off into the morning drive toward Greensboro or High Point and swing back by on the way home, picking up a dog who’s had a full day of exercise and company instead of a long nap by the window.
Weekends around Summerfield often include the dog, too. Leashed walks on the shaded trails at Bur-Mil Park, the 250-acre Guilford County park just south of town, and day trips to Haw River State Park are local favorites. Closer to home, Summerfield Paw Park off Centerfield Rd gives pups a fenced spot to stretch their legs. A quick dog park visit is great for burning off some energy, but it can’t give your dog a full weekday of supervised, size-matched play while you’re at work. Our fenced acreage fills that gap, so your pup gets hours of real off-leash time with a steady group of friends Monday through Friday and is still ready for the trails when Saturday comes.
